1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Office Pulse and its publisher, Trizoun ("we", "us", or "our"), collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Office Pulse mobile application and any related support communications.
This Privacy Policy is intended to describe the privacy practices of the version of Office Pulse distributed to users, including any data practices that may differ by platform, release, device capability, or enabled third-party integrations.
If you publish Office Pulse on the App Store, you should host the contents of this policy at a publicly accessible URL and provide that URL in App Store Connect.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- The Office Pulse application
- In-app gameplay and settings
- In-app purchase and ad-related functionality, if enabled in a released build
- Communications sent to us for support or privacy requests
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services that you access independently outside the app, including Apple services, the App Store, or third-party websites and apps that have their own privacy notices.
3. Summary of Current App Functionality
Based on the current application design, Office Pulse primarily functions as a local puzzle game experience.
The app currently includes or is designed to include the following categories of functionality:
- Local game progress and settings storage on the device
- Sound and vibration features
- Optional sharing features that use the operating system's share tools
- A possible ad-supported experience
- A possible ad-free paid unlock
- Optional integration with platform or third-party services in certain builds
4. Information We Collect
4.1 Information stored locally on your device
Office Pulse stores certain gameplay-related information locally on your device in order to provide core app functionality. This may include:
- Current level progress
- Game settings
- Level statistics
- Ad-free entitlement flags or similar monetization state used by the app
This information is typically stored on-device and used so the app can remember your progress and preferences between sessions.
4.2 Information you provide when contacting support
If you contact us for support, we may receive information you choose to send, such as:
- Your email address
- Your name, if included by you
- Device information you provide voluntarily
- Screenshots, recordings, or diagnostic descriptions you send voluntarily
- Purchase-related context you provide voluntarily
4.3 Device or usage information collected by platform or third-party services
Depending on the platform build, release, or SDKs integrated into a published version of the app, certain limited technical data may be collected by Apple, advertising providers, payment providers, or other service providers. This may include:
- Device identifiers
- App interaction data
- Diagnostic data
- Approximate performance or crash information
- Advertising-related identifiers or signals, if advertising is enabled in a released version
- Purchase transaction status necessary to unlock paid functionality
If a future production build includes a third-party advertising SDK such as AdMob, that SDK may collect data according to its own technical operation and privacy documentation, subject to applicable consent and disclosure requirements.
4.4 Data we do not intentionally request as part of normal gameplay
Office Pulse is not designed to require the following for standard gameplay:
- Contacts
- Photos library access, except where you intentionally save or share generated content through system tools
- Camera access
- Microphone access
- Precise location
- Health data
- Financial account credentials
- Government identifiers
If any future feature requires additional permissions, the app should request them through iOS and explain the reason for the request.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information for the following purposes:
- To operate and provide the game
- To save progress, settings, and local gameplay state
- To enable sound, vibration, and sharing features
- To deliver or manage an ad-supported experience, if applicable
- To validate or restore a paid entitlement, if applicable
- To investigate bugs, crashes, abuse, fraud, or support requests
- To respond to customer support inquiries
- To maintain app security, integrity, and functionality
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.
6. Legal Bases and Consent
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal data, we may rely on one or more of the following:
- Performance of a contract, such as providing the app and its purchased features
- Legitimate interests, such as app security, fraud prevention, support, and service improvement
- Your consent, where required, including for certain permissions or advertising-related processing
- Compliance with legal obligations
Where consent is required, you may withdraw it to the extent technically and legally possible. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already performed lawfully before withdrawal.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:
- To service providers that help operate the app or its business functions
- To platform operators such as Apple for app distribution, purchases, or platform-level operation
- To advertising or monetization partners, if an ad-supported version of the app includes those services
- To analytics, crash reporting, or infrastructure providers, if integrated in a released build
- To legal authorities when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
- To protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of users, the app, or the public
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law
If we share user data with third-party providers, we expect those providers to protect the data in a manner consistent with applicable law and the representations made in this policy.
8. Advertising
Office Pulse may offer an ad-supported experience.
If advertising is enabled in a released build:
- Advertising content may be delivered by third-party ad providers
- Those providers may process device-level or usage-related data as part of ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency control, measurement, or legal compliance
- Where required, appropriate platform-level permissions or consent flows should be used
If you purchase an ad-free entitlement, eligible ad experiences associated with that entitlement are intended to be disabled for your use of the app, subject to technical limitations, platform restoration rules, and any clearly disclosed exceptions.
9. In-App Purchases
If Office Pulse offers digital purchases on iOS:
- Purchases must be processed through Apple's in-app purchase system
- Apple may provide us with limited transaction status information needed to confirm an entitlement
- We do not receive your full payment card number or full payment credentials from Apple
For billing questions, refunds, and account-level purchase issues, Apple may be the primary controller or processor of the relevant billing information under Apple's own terms and policies.
10. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
- While the information remains stored locally on your device for gameplay continuity
- As needed to respond to support inquiries
- As needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with law
Locally stored gameplay data may remain on your device until:
- You delete the app
- You reset or clear app data
- Your device or system removes that data
- The app overwrites or resets its local storage
Support emails and related correspondence may be retained for a reasonable period necessary to address the issue, maintain records, and comply with law.
11. Deletion and User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as:
- Access to personal data
- Correction of inaccurate personal data
- Deletion of personal data
- Restriction of certain processing
- Objection to certain processing
- Portability of certain personal data
- Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent
To submit a privacy request, contact:
- [INSERT PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]
For data stored only on your device, deleting the app or resetting local app data may remove the relevant local information, subject to system behavior and backup settings.
If your request concerns information controlled by Apple or another third party, you may need to contact that provider directly.
12. Children's Privacy
Office Pulse is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so we can review and address the issue.
If the app is distributed in a category aimed at children, additional restrictions, disclosures, and SDK limitations may apply, and the final released build should be reviewed carefully for compliance before publication.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control. However:
- No method of storage or transmission is completely secure
- No app, server, or communication channel can be guaranteed to be 100% secure
Users should also protect their own devices, operating systems, Apple accounts, and network connections.
14. International Transfers
If information is processed by service providers or platform partners in different countries, it may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own. In such cases, we aim to rely on appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
15. Third-Party Services
Depending on the released build of Office Pulse, third-party services may include:
- Apple App Store and Apple in-app purchase services
- Advertising or monetization SDKs
- System share destinations selected by the user
- Infrastructure or support tooling, if used operationally
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We encourage users to review those policies where relevant.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
- App features
- Platform requirements
- Legal obligations
- Third-party services
- Business practices
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated through app updates, the app listing, or another appropriate method where required.
