These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Treasure Sweeper: Magic Worlds ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or related services.
2. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example "Remove Ads"). All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple billing terms.
Non-consumable purchases are intended to be restorable on the same Apple account, subject to platform rules.
3. Ads
If you have not purchased "Remove Ads", the App may display advertising. Ad delivery may depend on region, availability, and third-party ad services.
4. Intellectual Property
All App content, branding, and game design elements are owned by the developer unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App content without permission.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the developer's jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
